RETURNING TORQUE CONVERTERS
If you are not happy with our UNUSED STOCK product, and choose to return it, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. You are
responsible for the shipping. We encourage you to insure the item for its full value because we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Contact us
at 1-877-833-1183 or email us at torqueconvertertechnology@gmail.com,
or info.from.tct@gmail.com with the details relative to your return,
providing us with the tracking information. You will receive a full refund within 5 business days after we have received and inspected the item. The
item will be inspected within 48 hours of receipt.
RETURNING CUSTOM ORDERS ITEMS
Because a custom order will be built to your requested specifications; therefore, we cannot accept its return.
