WHAT IS WARRANTIED
Torque Converter Technology will warrant your custom torque converter from defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years from date of manufacture.
HOW TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE
If you need warranty service please contact us at 1-877-833-1183 or email us at torqueconvertertechnology@gmail.com, or info.from.tct@gmail.com. You will need to provide us with the original invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for the warranty claim. You are responsible for the shipping. We encourage you to insure the item for its full value because we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
The returned warranty item will be inspected within 48 hours of receipt, at which time we will determine the cause of the failure. Should the failure be the responsibility of Torque Converter Technology we will ship you a replacement torque converter within 72 hours at no charge.
NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Replacement of the defective part is your sole remedy under this warranty, and IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion of incidental and consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE SAME DURATION AS THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
We assume no responsibility for items damaged in shipment. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company. We will be happy to duplicate your order while the damaged shipment claim is in process.
WHAT IS NOT WARRANTIED
Your torque converter is not warranted from damage caused by transmission failure, collision, lack of fluid, improper installation, engine explosion, flywheel breakage, or Improper cooling.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAWS
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
